Mr Ahmad Saadi has valuable experience in co-foundering and running some private steel production companies.  As a producer of high-quality steel grades such as spring steels, bearing steels and other value-added special low alloy grades, some of these companies have grown to major players in Private-sector steel manufacturing in Meadel East. 

Amin Sadi, COO and Chairman of the Board

Mr Amin Sadi has founded and managed some leading steel manufacturing companies since 2007. He was responsible for managing the entire production, operations, and improvement to maximize productivity, performance, and profit.   He was further responsible for the company's marketing campaign and sales strategy, leading to best practices of the company and continued impressive growth over the years.

Shayan Azarbin Bousari, Director of Projects and Member of the Board 

Mr Azarbin Bousari contributes 19 years of experience as a mechanical and civil engineer in the power plant industry. He founded and managed Azar Niroo Farayand Co, an EPC contractor of power plants, water and wastewater treatment, landfill gas to energy, and designer of the Rasht sanitary landfill since 2008. He has been serving as a Power Plant Manager with MAPNA Operation and Maintenance Co. since February 2018. 

Farhad Masoumi, Director of Production and Member of the Board 

Mr Farhad Masoumi has served as the Managing Director of Fulad-e-Sameh Company since 1999.   The company designed and constructed more than 95% of its machinery onsite, including plastic tape wrapping machines: used for motorcycle ring packaging,  hydraulic iron baling press machines: used for baling scrap iron, and open steel profile machines: used for the construction of door frames.  Mr Masoumi has also served as the Managing Director and Partner of Shadabad Steel Market, a spring-steel store since 2012. 

Mohammad Reza Mirjafari, Director of Marketing and Sales and Member of the Board 

Mr Mirjafari has 17 years of experience in the import and export of metals and electrical equipment. He has served as the Founder and CEO of Nasim Simaye Mehrafshan, a metals trader specializing in stainless steel coils and sheets 430, 304 and 316 grades, Tin ingots, Antimony ingots and Nickel plates.   Before this role, Mr Mirjafari assumed the role of a business advisor with Yassepid-vash from 2008 to 2014.
